Meeting room information

Irvine Ranch Water District offers meeting rooms to nonprofit organizations and residents within the IRWD service area, which includes all of Irvine and portions of Lake Forest, Tustin, Newport Beach, Orange, Costa Mesa, and unincorporated Orange County.

IRWD is now accepting 2023 calendar reservations for the Community Meeting Room and Duck Club. Please visit the meeting room reservations page to view the online calendar for available dates and instructions on how to submit your application. Please be patient when viewing availability on the calendar; it is updated daily.

The primary purpose of Irvine Ranch Water District’s meeting facilities is to conduct agency business for the benefit of IRWD’s customers. When the facilities are not being used for IRWD business, IRWD makes some of them available for use by the ratepaying public within its jurisdiction on a first-come, first-served basis, no more than once a month per person or organization, and subject to certain eligibility requirements. IRWD imposes reasonable and necessary restrictions on using its facilities to avoid the appearance that it is endorsing a specific issue and to maintain neutrality.

For meeting room policies and guidelines, please read the guideline packets below or contact IRWD Community Relations at 949-453-5500 or communityrelations@IRWD.com. View our meeting room brochure here.
