Our IRWD Buyers are experts on helping you through the system and can provide you with many valuable tips along the way. Only the IRWD Purchasing Manager and the IRWD Buyers can authorize or commit IRWD for the purchase of materials, services or equipment. If you want to have a sales meeting with an IRWD Buyer, we ask that you first make an appointment. To schedule an appointment with an IRWD buyer, please call the IRWD Purchasing Department Hotline at 949-453-5718. Meetings are conducted by appointment only.  For those making deliveries, please make note of the shipping/receiving hours below.

Public Works Contractor Registration Notice:

• No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with DIR.
• No contractor or subcontractor may work on public works project unless registered with DIR.
• No contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for public work on a public works project (awarded on or after April 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5.
