Learning

IRWD has a long history of commitment to water education and recognizes the significant impact lifelong learning can have on a community.

The IRWD Board has demonstrated that commitment by offering a variety of community learning opportunities; developing innovative education partnerships; and investing in the IRWD San Joaquin Marsh Campus. IRWD's Speakers' Bureau offers experts to share their knowledge and create public awareness about key issues relating to water. IRWD customers can also request group tours of the San Joaquin Marsh, the Michelson Water Recycling Plant and other IRWD facilities.
